| 摘 要： | 当前我国方言电视新闻遭遇三大瓶颈，即国家法律法规带来的政策瓶颈、语言障碍引起的传播瓶颈和新闻内容选择上的品质瓶颈。方言电视新闻节目要突破各类瓶颈制约，应加强对自身节目形态的历史地位的认识，在抓住本地老居民的同时，也尽可能多地争取外来新居民，还要牢牢树立“内容为王”的理念，在内容上做好文章。

| Abstract: | Dialect television news in our country is confronted with three major bottlenecks during its development. These three bottlenecks include policy bottleneck caused by national laws and regulations, communication bottleneck created by language barrier and quality bottleneck brought by choice of news content. In view of breaking these three bottlenecks, related strategies should be proposed. |
