| 摘 要： | 竞技篮球后备人才培养是一项有目的的活动过程。计划经济时期,我国竞技篮球后备人才培养的目标维度较为单一。转型期,后备人才培养目标呈现出多元化和多层次性特征,但目标体系耦合不够,执行力不强。基于社会协同学理论,后备人才培养目标应做到在时间、空间、途径和效益上的统一,加强目标的执行,以确保人才培养的正确方向。

| Abstract: | Basketball reserved talent cultivation is purposive activity.During the period of planned economy,the target of reserved talent cultivation is simple.At transformation period,the cultivation on talent tends to multi-purpose and diversification.However,the target system coupling is insufficient and implementation is weak.Based on the theory of social synergetics,the cultivation on talent should make into a unit at time,space,approach and benefit in order to keep the right direction on talent cultivation. |
