摘    要:最优的人不一定与岗位最匹配,与岗位最匹配的人是最合适的人。人职匹配是人力资源最优配制。即职得其才,才得其职,人职匹配,效果最优。

Abstract:This paper believes that the most outstanding worker is not necessarily the most appropriate one for the post. The optimal distribution of human resources is to assign the fittest worker to the right post. Only in this way can a post make the most of a worker and vice versa.
