| 摘 要： | 农村基层党组织是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础。农村基层党组织的民主建设,对于提高民主意识、发展党内民主、推进人民民主至关重要。加强农村基层党组织的民主建设,必须培养党员的民主素质,营造发展民主的意识氛围,关注新形势下党内民主发展的新问题,加强民主的制度保障。

| Abstract: | Grass-roots party organizations in rural areas is the foundation of the party＇s entire work and combat effectiveness. The building of democracy in the grass-roots party organizations is essential to improve sense of democracy, develop inner-party democracy and advance People＇s democracy. In order to strengthen the building of democracy in the grass-roots party organizations ,we must cultivate the democratic quality of the party members, create atmosphere for the development of democratic awareness, pay close attention to the new questions about the development of inner-party democracy and strengthen the system to protect democracy. |
