摘 要: | 长期以来,由于传统观念的禁锢、个人及国家投入不足、高技能人才培养体系不完善等原因,目前我国高技能人才短缺现象十分严重,全国大部分省份出现了“技工荒”.鉴于此,在着重分析辽宁省及省内各地区高技能人才供需及培养情况的基础上,从政府、企业、学校三个方面提出了加快我省高技能人才队伍建设的相应对策.
