| 摘 要： | 公共图书馆作为知识的聚集地、信息资源的储备中心、文化沟通与交流的基地应该充分发挥社会文化教育功能,倡导全民阅读,为最广泛的社会人群提供阅读条件,积极承担阅读重任,并通过开展多种社会活动来宣传与普及全民阅读,不断提升国民文化水平.本文针对公共图书馆对全民阅读的影响展开讨论,分析了当前我国全民阅读的现状以及积极作用与意义,探究了公共图书馆在全民阅读中的作用与影响.

| Abstract: | Public libraries, the place gathering knowledge, the center of information resources, and the base of commu- nication and exchange, shall play full features of social culture education, advocate nationwide reading, provide reading conditions for social crowds, organize reading tasks, carry out a variety of social activities to spread reading and constant- ly upgrade national literacy. Aiming at the effects of public libraries on nationwide reading, the paper made an analysis of the current situation of Chinese reading, the positive role and significance, and discussed roles and effects. |
