| 摘 要： | 城市公共艺术就是以城市公共空间为核心,以当代文化为背景,与社会大众形成一定关系的思想方面的艺术,其可以充分表现城市公共空间的民主与开放、交流与共享等,是一种人文主义精神,它一方面可以体现历史文化,另一方面也可以进行规范化的设计及制造,它包含于艺术及设计之中。当前艺术设计的主体已经逐渐发展为城市公共艺术的规划与研究,将生态、环境、社会、人类、心理及工程等学科综合起来。这其中包含性能与文化、文化消费与教育、氛围等方面的融合。

| Abstract: | The city public art is an ideological art which takes city public space as its core, contemporary culture as its background and has a certain relationship with the public. It can fully show the democracy, openness, communication and sharing in the city public space. It is also a kind of humanistic spirit. On the one hand, it represents the historical culture. On the other hand, it can be normally designed and created. It is included in art and design. Nowadays, the subject of art design has gradually developed into the planning and researching of city public art, which combines ecological, environmental, social, human, psychological and engineering elements with each other. And it also contains performance and culture, cultural consumption and education, atmosphere etc. |
