| Abstract: | People of middle-class income are the main power of social stabilization and construction. In the cause of fully constructing a well-being society, we can make them expand in number continuously by means of promoting the development of productivity, deeply reforming the economic system and distribution system, making the labour market, taxation system, family registration and welfare system between cities and villages become harmonious, and gradually forming a stable social construction to accelerate the stabilization and harmonious development of society. |
