| 摘 要： | 人们往往在强调票据是无因证券时，忽视了票据的无因性是有限制的，本文通过一个案例的剖析，说明了票据的无因性会受票据基础关系违反法律，行政法规规定的限制；在票据法没有规定时，适用其他及行政法规。

| Abstract: | Usually people emphasize the fact that bills are causal securities, neglecting the limitation of the bill's causality. This paper starts from the analysis of one case, describing that the causality of bill be limited when the basic relationship of bill violates law and administrative rules and regulations, if the bill law has not express provision, other law and administrative rules and regulations should be applied. |
