| 摘 要： | 学校体育均衡发展对个体、学校与社会都具有特殊意义,学校体育均衡发展在整个21世纪的学校教育中占有重要的地位,要客观地面对制约其均衡发展的因素,以实事求是,从实际出发,发现问题,解决问题的态度,全面实施学校体育均衡发展的战略。

| Abstract: | School sports proportional development have special meanings to the individual,school or even society,and occupies very important position in the whole education in the 21st,we should face the factors restricting its balanced development objectively.Holding the attitude of seeking truth from facts,proceeding from the reality,finding out the problems and solving the problems,we implement the balanced development strategy of the school sports in an all-round way. |
