| 摘 要： | "3+5"城市群综合实力在湖南省域范围内处于绝对优势,肩负着启动湖南发展的重任。然而,"3+5"城市群在建设和发展的过程中也出现了诸如中心城市竞争力不足、区域发展不平衡、城乡差距较大等问题,因此,唯有对症下药,以"两型社会"建设为突破口,以新型工业化、新型城市化为推动力,提升竞争力、改善产业结构、统筹区域发展、统筹城乡发展,才能使"3+5"城市群真正成为撬动湖南崛起的杠杆。

| Abstract: | The comprehensive strength of"3+5"city group takes an absolute advantage in Hunan province.The"3+5"city group takes on the heavy responsibility for promoting Hunan development.But there are some problems of the"3+5"city group,such as deficiency of central city competition,unbalanced regional development and urban-rural gap.The"3+5"city group can promote Hunan development effectively on condition that the government takes the"double-type society",new industrialization and new urbanization as breach to lift competition,improve industrial structure,integrate regional development and balance urban-rural development. |
