| 摘 要： | 竹荪作为名贵的食用菌享誉世界．目前大多采用传统的方法进行人工栽培，成本高费用大．本文拟采用纯谷壳进行栽培实验，并对原有的工艺进行改进，大幅度降低了成本和解决了原材料来源问题．
