| 摘 要： | 网上拍卖成为互联网上一种重要的市场交易机制，能有效地提高交易效率和降低交易成本。本文分析了网上拍卖交易活动中信息不对称产生的原因、信誉机制的作用以及目前大多拍卖网站在信誉机制建设方面存在的缺陷，并给出了一些相应的对策措施。

| Abstract: | As an important market transaction mechanism, online auction can improve market efficiency and reduce transaction cost. The paper analyzes the cause of information asymmetry and the function of reputation system in online auction. Many reputation systems limitations of the most online website are analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures are given. |
