| 摘 要： | 《建设工程施工合同示范文本》（GF—2013—0201）对工程质量缺陷责任期与保修期的概念做了比较全面的说明,但在实际运用中,有一些具体细节还需斟酌。笔者就两者的联系与区别、义务与责任处理等问题做了相关辨析,以供合同管理人员参考。

| Abstract: | The concepts of defects liability period and warranty period of project quality has been comprehensively described in Demonstration Text of Construction Contract for Construction Project（GF-2013- 0201）, but there are some details which still need to be deliberated in practice. The relations and differences, obligations and responsibilities of the two have been analyzed for the reference of contract managers. |
