| 摘 要： | 随着城市化的迅速发展 ,城市人口迅猛增加。预计到本世纪中叶 ,中国将有一半以上的人口居住在城市。随着城市人口的增多 ,产生的城市垃圾逐年增加。这不仅给城市环境带来影响 ,而且也制约着城市的可持续发展。因此 ,在城市垃圾的处理和开发利用上 ,要加强城市垃圾的分类处理工作 ,树立垃圾资源观。以卫生填埋、高温堆肥、焚烧发电和再生利用为主要形式 ,进行综合处理 ,努力建设环境保护具有经济效益、生态效益和环境效益为一体的符合 2 1世纪特点的现代化城市。

| Abstract: | The fast development of the city results in larger and larger city population.It is predicted that over half of the people will live in the city in the middle of the new century,and more people will produce more garbage accordingly,which will certainly affect the city's environment and greatly restrict the city's continuous development.In order to better to dispose and exploit the garbage,more research work should be done on the classification of the garbage.The view that garbage is also a resources should be kept in mind.Garbage should be treated in a comprehensive way,some to bury underground;some to be used as material manure and some to burn for generation of dectricity;some to be reused.Efforts should be made to build the 21th mordern cities with a harmony of ecological,economic and social benifit. |
