| 摘 要： | 体育运动已成为社会文化的重要内容，学校的体育教学作为其惠及人类的方法和手段，显然也是举足轻重的。当我们对学校体育的目标和任务建立起正确的认识后，作为体育教学过程与目标、任务一致性的检验手段的评价体系的合理性便显得极为重要了。这种合理性是靠体育教育的评估原则来保证的。体育教育评估的原则是有效实施评估工作的指导思想和基本手段。本文提出，体育教育评估是事实测量和价值判断的有机统一。正因为如此，体育教育评估既可以反映和描述体育教学效果的现实水平，又可以帮助我们从中发现许多规律性的东西，为体育教育决策和改革提供依据。

| Abstract: | Sport movement has become an important component of social culture, and physical education in schools is surely a absolutely necessary means beneficial to mankind. Since the targets and tasks of physical education are correctly understood, the reasonableness and necessity for the establishment of an evaluation system which can test on the identity between the procedure and tasks of physical education are distinguished. The evaluation should be implemented accordiug to a series of principles. In this paper, the author holds that the evaluation of physical education is a unification of factual measurement and value judgement. Therefore, the evaluation can not only reflect and describe the current effects of physical education, but help us find a lot of rules and laws in decision - making and reform of physical education as well. |
