摘    要:本文通过文献资料法,对中长跑“多课次”训练结构进行了分析,认为该训练结构对现代中长跑运动成绩的提高具有十分重要的作用,并对实际训练中应当注意的一些问题提出了个人观点。

Abstract:Through going over reative reference materials, this article analyses the multi-lesson structure in mid-long distance running, holding that this structure is very important to improve the results of modern mid-long distance running and putting out some private suggestions on some problems existing in its practice.
