| 摘 要： | 本文根据举重项目的特点和优秀举重运动员身体特征进行了8年医学监控研究。结果表明：用多项生理生化指标对优秀举重运动员科学训练进行监控是可行的。采取有效恢复措施改进身体状况，提高运动能力是重要的。

| Abstract: | According to the event characteristics of weightlifting and the physical features of elite weightlifter, This study made a research of 8 years'medical control of weightilifters. The results showed that the comprehensive assessment and monitoring of sports training with many physical parameters,to apply efficient recovering steps to improving their physical condition and ability are essentially important. |
