高职院校通识教育前提下课程设置的思考

摘    要:高职院校的通识教育对于提高学生素质和就业率,乃至学生毕业走上社会和工作岗位上的成功与否,都有很大的基础作用。在广州、深圳等地举办的企业管理人士座谈会上,谈到对于毕业生的最大期待时,他们无一例外的把人的品质、道德摆在了首位。事实也证明,一个具有通识素养的人,在社会上获得机会相对多,获得的支持也比较稳固。基于此,高职院校培养通识人才是发展自己、服务社会的长久方针。

Abstract:The interdisciplinary education of humanities sciences in higher vocational colleges plays a key role in the cultivation of students' quality and employment promotion as well.It may make further notable impact on their success or not when they begin their carrer after graduation.Without exception,all the CEOs maintain that college graduates' quality and personlaity take first priority over other qualifications so far as company's expectations about graduates are concerned at a symposium held in Guangzhou and Shenzhen.It also proved that those with interdisciplinary education of humanities sciences got more opportunities.For the further development and better social service,the cultivation of talents with interdisciplinary education of humanities sciences,therefore,becomes our permanent policy and compels our attention.
