| 摘 要： | 金融专业本科课程教学存在与实践需求脱节的问题,金融行业的高薪酬现实使教学师资缺乏,课程的改革存在滞后现象和革新方向上的失误。金融专业的实践特征十分明显,金融机构对人才的需求重点强调操作能力,而金融理论发展也依靠实践基础,因此,金融专业本科教学的操作化是课程改革的必由之路。
