| 摘 要： | 关于外商直接投资（FDI）是否能促进中国技术创新这一命题，国内外的研究都没有取得一致的结论。本文运用面板协整工具和动态最小二乘法（DOLS）来检验我国1990-2004年间的外商直接投资（FDI）的技术溢出效应与我国技术创新的相关关系。实证的经验结果显示：FDI与中国技术创新存在着长期稳定的关系；如果跨越了一定的人力资本门槛，那么FDI从总体上就对中国的技术创新产生了积极的影响，也就是说人力资本在FDI促进中国技术创新中起着关键的作用。

| Abstract: | This thesis points out that there is no consistence home or abroad on the issue whether foreign direct investment(FDI) can promote significantly China's technology innovation.It applies panel co-integration and dynamic OLS to test relation between FDI and China's technology innovation.The empirical research results demonstrates that there is a long-equilibrium relation between them and draws conclusion that with no regard to human resources,FDI facilitates positively china's technology innovation in general,which also means human capital plays a key role in China's technology innovation. |
