生态学视角下的青年外语教师专业发展问题研究

摘    要:新建本科院校青年外语教师作为高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,其专业发展既有共性也有个性,本文从教育生态学的视角出发,从其发展所处的校外生境宏观系统、校内生境中观系统和内部:生境微观系统三个方面分析了其教师专业发展所存在的因素影响,为其更好的专业发展提供了参考借鉴。

Abstract:Foreign language teachers in newly founded undergraduate colleges and universities, a member of the colleges and universities teacher group, have common features with others in the professional development as well as their individual characteristics. This paper, from the angle of the education ecology, analyzes its existing in the development of teachers'professional factors in the development in the macro system outside and medium system microscopic system inside in order to provide reference for its better professional development.
