| Abstract: | Taking biological engineering school of Shandong Institute Commerce and Technology as an exam- ple, this paper introduced the construction process, characteristics, innovative points, professional and curriculum reform effect and its implementation course of the new type prospective employees 2 ＋ 1 talent training mode of high- er vocational colleges in order to provide the references for talents training mode and teaching reform of higher voca- tional colleges. |
