| 摘 要： | 通过对吉林省内部分民办高校学生职业生涯规划状况的调查,发现目前民办高校大学生职业生涯规划教育存在缺乏科学规划,职业目标定位不清,职业价值观偏离,专业选择盲目性大,学校教育指导工作滞后等问题。在对这些问题进行分析,找出原因的同时提出相应对策,为提高民办高校大学生职业生涯规划教育质量提供参考。

| Abstract: | Through the investigation of partial private university students＂ career planning in Jilin province, the authors find that the present career planning education of private college students lacks scientific plan- ning： career goal orientation is not clear; the professional values deviation; professional choice blindness; the school education guidance lag, and so on. Based on the analysis, the authors have found out the rea-sons and put forward the corresponding countermeasures so as to provide the reference for private colleges to improve college students＂ career planning education quality. |
