| 摘 要： | 随着电子商务的蓬勃发展,在线拍卖已经成为一种日渐流行的电子交易方式.首先阐述了在线拍卖所独有的特征,并对其交易流程进行了分析,然后针对目前在线拍卖中存在的买卖双方的失信行为进行研究,进一步分析了产生在线拍卖欺诈行为的原因,最后对在线拍卖信用体系的构建提出了具体的建议和对策.
