| 摘 要： | 熟练劳动力跨国移民对于发展中国家的影响近年来颇存争议.本文以专业分工理论为基础,围绕人力资本积累,讨论了熟练劳动力跨国移民对移出国经济发展的影响.分析显示,不管是传统文献所强调的短期的"人才流失",还是新近研究所提出的长期的"人才收益",其经济影响都要视八力资本结构的变化而定.只有当移民有利于专才型人力资本的存量增加,从而促进社会分工程度提高时,才会从根本上推动发展中国家经济的增长,最终实现人均收入向发达国家收敛.
