| 摘 要： | 开放存取是20世纪末国际科学界、学术界、图书馆界为了推动科研成果的交流和共享、利用新兴的互联网络进行广泛学术传播和交流的运动,它表明现有的版权制度无法有效调节版权人与社会公众之间的利益关系。从本质上看,开放存取是利用传统版权法所建立起的一个与旧有体制相对立的版权保护模式。在未来信息时代,开放存取极有可能发展成为和传统版权保护模式并行的版权保护模式,从而与传统版权保护模式密切配合,共同构成未来网络环境下的版权保护模式。
