| 摘 要： | 当前区域高校图书馆联合体导读工作缺乏整体观念,导读方式单一,没有标准要求,导读服务人员业务素质不高,其主要原因是组织者重视程度不够、缺少有效的管理机制、成员馆缺乏交流沟通,应从完善内部组织机构、制定导读标准、建立管理制度、提高人员素质等方面着力解决。
