| 摘 要： | 网络信息资源配置是国内外学术界较为关注的一个研究领域,在网络信息资源配置研究方面已逐步形成特色,并产生了一些重要的研究成果,但总体上缺乏一套成熟规范的理论体系。国外主要从传统资源配置、网络信息资源调查、配置效率与效益、方法与模式、信息政策以及配置实现问题等方面对网络信息资源配置进行了研究,国内重点进行了网络信息资源配置的意义与原则、效率衡量标准、配置模式、经济分析、影响因素、信息政策与信息制度等方面的研究。
