| Abstract: | For their further development or existence,local vocational colleges in under-developed areas should be quality-focused and feature-prominent.Zhangjiakou Vocational and Technical College,one of the local vocational colleges makes researches into the reform of educational mode in recent years.The key of its reform can be summed up in the following terms： accurate positioning,college-enterprise corporation,organizational system innovation,and brand creation,all of which contribute much to the cultivation of high-skilled talents,who will be of service to the regional economy and social development. |
