| 摘 要： | 政府信息商业性再利用是指将政府信息视为一种资源,开发其经济价值,并以收费方式提供给用户使用。政府在政府信息商业性再利用中参与程度的不同,会带来不同的影响。政府部门和再利用者之间的角色定位、管理运作方式及数据质量直接影响政府信息商业性再利用的顺畅性。

| Abstract: | Commercial reuse of the government information is a behavior which regards government information as a resource,develops its economic value and charges the users for fees.The different level of government involved in the commercial reuse of the information will bring about different effects.The definition of the roles between the government and private sector,operational management and data quality issues will directly affect the smooth reuse of it. |
