| 摘 要： | 人力资本投资的主体可分为政府、企业、家庭三个不同的层次，其中家庭是最直接的投资者和受益者。人力资本投资包括对教育、健康等多方面的投资，其中教育投资对提高人力资本的存量起着非常重要和直接的作用，而健康投资则是提高人力资本存量的最基础的投资。本文人微观投资主体－家庭入手，收集了大量资料，通过比较分析，全面考察了中国城镇家庭教育投资和健康投资的历史和现状，总结了家庭人力资本投资的总体特征，并对家庭教育和健康投资的收益进行了系统分析。

| Abstract: | The subject of human capital investment refers chiefly to the governmental, enterprises and families investment on the human capital. The families were the most direct investor and harvester. Human capital investment including the investing of education and health. Education investment was very important. It had been direct effect to advance the human capital storage. Health investment was the basal investment to advance the human capital storage. The investments on education and health from history and present familiars of urban of China were examed. The overall characteristics of the human capital investments were summarized. The benefit of education and health was analyzed. |
