高校外语教师教学过程中自我决定程度与其教学行为的关系

摘    要:积极心理学认为,教师的自我决定和教学行为正相关,自我决定程度越高,其行为就显现为自我决定行为;自我决定程度越低,其行为就显现为被动决定行为。文章通过调查、课堂观察及访谈,研究国内高校英语教师在实际教学过程中的自我决定程度及其与课堂教学行为的关系。

Abstract:The idea about the nature of education in Dewey's theory (Education is life,education is growing,education is the reconstruction of experience)is the focusing part of Dewey's education theory.The idea of the school education among society,school,and children and the spirit of practice and the children - oriented theoryy has inerrant implications on the present reform of Chinese fundamental education.
