| 摘 要： | 运用生物力学测试方法 ,以高速摄影机记录蹲踞平板式和抓台平板式两种出发技术进行运动学特征比较研究 ,结果显示 :蹲踞平板式出发发力早、起动快 ,能创造更大离台水平初速度 ;腾空时间短 ,入水过早 ;经水下滑行至 1 0米段 ,男运动员无明显优势 ,但女运动员仍占有一定的优势。蹲踞平板式出发技术是值得推广运用的新技术

| Abstract: | With the aid of high speed camera and biolgical method,sports features of starting technology between squating flat diving posture and holding platform flat diving posture were studied comparatively. Compared with holding platform flat diving posture,squating flat diving posture is far more superior in its earlier launching and quick moving,But its shortcoming is likely to result in the narrow angle of setting off upon the squating flat diving posture during the rising stage,which will shorten the rising time and urge the diving a bit too earlier.It is still worth trying for Chinese athletes,especially for female athlets. |
