摘    要:课程改革中,教师的专业身份往往面临挑战,它也是教师面对压力的一个重要原因。本文提出关注教师在课程改革中专业身份的重新建构,并以质的研究方法,指出教师寻求专业身份的过程充满了挣扎与无力感,因此要给教师以适切的支持与尊重,使他们获得专业身份的赋权,从而实现真正意义上的教师专业发展。

Abstract:Teachers professional identity is always challenged in the process of curriculum reform.This is part of the reasons why they feel being badly pressed by reform.Despite its importance,the issue of teachers' professional identity has not been properly recognized in curriculum reform.Very often,a rationalist stance is adopted in the implementation of curriculum reform.Teachers' personal meaning and their existence are ignored.This paper aims at raising the concern of the reconstruction of teachers' professional identity in the reform process.Teachers usually struggle and feel powerless in reconstructing their role and identity as the reform puts them in a dilemma of two contrasting educational ideology.In this paper,it is argued that teachers need to be supported and respected to empower them in the process of reconstructing identity.This,in turn,will help promote genuine teacher professional development.
