亟待重视高职院校优秀人才的组织忠诚

摘    要:对学校组织的忠诚度的缺乏是高职院校"三高"人才的流失的一个重要原因。高职院校优秀人才的人力资源特点:流动性意愿较强、具有强烈的事业心、具有自主性和创新性。提高优秀人才对学校的感情依附度,树立"能力本位"的用才导向,建立健全新型合理人事分配制度,让优秀人才有参与感,保证优秀人才的积极性、创造性和对学校教育事业发展目标的认同度、使命感、归属感。

Abstract:Lacking of the loyalty to school organization is an important reason which the "three high"talent person in vocational colleges drain. Vocational colleges 'talented person's human resources characteristic is the fluid wish is strong, have the intense dedication to work and the independency and the innovation. To improve their emotional attachment to the school, we can establish a "capability-based", establish a sound and reasonable new personnel distribution system, talents a sense of participation, the enthusiasm of outstanding talent, creativity and the development of school education identify goals, mission, a sense of belonging.
