| 摘 要： | 目前，无论是中央银行还是商业银行，对金融风险管理重要性的认识都在不断提高。结合美国储贷协会的破产，依据我国利率市场化进程的推进，具体分析了我国商业银行面临的利率风险。

This Article analyses interest rate faced by the Commercial Bank in our country combining with bankruptcy of U,S. Savings and Loans Associations according to development process of interest rate change in our country. |
