| 摘 要： | 积极融入到关中—天水经济区,接受辐射,互动发展,对陕南经济实现突破发展是一个重大机遇。陕南三市独特的资源优势和区位优势,也决定其在关中—天水经济区的互动发展中大有可为。两地应通过建立互动合作机制,提前布局互动规划,搞好利益协调,大力改善物流条件,科学实施产业转移,完善、统一市场体系,积极搭建互动平台等措施,积极发展优势产业互动、商品与市场互动、旅游与文化互动、技术与人才互动以及自然资源互动。

| Abstract: | It is a substantial opportunity for southern Shaanxi to integrate into Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone for an interactive economic development.The unique resources and regional advantages of southern Shaanxi are significant to their interactive development.These two regions should establish an interactive cooperation,plan in advance for the interaction,coordinate the interests,improve the conditions for better logistics,activate the industrial transfer,and so on,to promote their interactive development. |
