幼儿园教育活动生态现状剖析

摘    要:基于生态学的理念,本研究运用复杂性思维方式,对我国幼儿园教育活动生态现状进行了剖析,发现了如下教育生态危机现象:僵化封闭的活动设计与组织规范;单项、线性的活动方式;儿童被动、受控制的生存方式;对幼儿生命与差异的漠视等。这些危机产生的深层次根源是:对儿童的错误假设,认为儿童是无知、无能、被动的;过于强调科学主义,表现为教学组织实施过程中的强计划性;对教育活动目标的认识存在偏差,将其局限于知识获得。

Abstract:Based on the ecology principles,this paper uses non-linear thoughts to analyze the current ecology situations in our country's kindergarten educational activities.The research discovers educational ecology crises such as closed activity design and organization,plain,linear activity methods,passive living styles and the ignorance of the existence of and differences between children.It also illustrates that the roots of these crises are:wrong assumption regarding children-children are innocent,incapable and passive;overemphasis on schedules;imprecise knowledge of the target of educational activities-acquisition of knowledge.
