| 摘 要： | 文章具体阐述了创业精神的内涵、特征与要素,结合当代艺术院校大学生的特点,指出大学生创业精神培养的重要作用。针对艺术院校大学生创业精神培养现状,提出了具体的培养策略：设立创业精神课程,培养学生创业的主观能动性;开展多种形式的团队活动,增强学生团队合作能力;创造环境和条件,鼓励学生开展创业。

| Abstract: | This paper first elaborates the connotation, characteristics and factors of entrepreneurship. Then combining with the characteristics of contemporary students in art colleges, the paper points out the importance of college students＇ entrepreneurship cultivation. In view of the current situation of cultivating students ＇ entrepreneurship in art colleges, it presents some concrete training strategies, such as establishing entrepreneurship courses to develop students＇ entrepreneurial initiative, launching various forms of team activities to enhance students＇ teamwork ability, creating environment and conditions to encourage students to engage in entrepreneurship. |
