电子商务导航网站评价研究

摘    要:融合电子商务网站评价理论与网络信息资源检索理论,从网站基础数据、信息质量、网站设计、系统性能、链接资源数量、链接资源质量六个方面构建电子商务导航网站评价体系。利用本指标体系对两大电子商务团购网站武汉站(tuan123武汉站及tuan800武汉站)进行多角度对比分析,研究表明前者用户界面良好、资源推荐力强,后者链接资源丰富,整体质量高。最后,从链接数量与质量、信息服务能力、信息控制水平对电子商务导航网站的建设与发展提出了建议。

Research on E-commerce Navigation Website Evaluation

Abstract:This paper based on e-commerce website evaluation theories and network information searching theories constructed an e-commerce navigation website evaluation system which included six parts: website basic data,information quality,website design,amount of linking,and quality of linking.A comparative study was taken on Wuhan sites of tuan123 and tuan800,both are key Internet group shopping navigation in China and it was discovered that the former had friendly user interface and favorable reference power while the other linked to a large quantity of resource and the whole quality was superior.Suggestions about linking quantity and quality,information service capacity,and information control quality were proposed finally.
