| 摘 要： | 党的十九届五中全会明确提出要加快构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局。新发展格局与《资本论》揭示国民经济循环原理的内在逻辑具有一致性,《资本论》视域下数字经济赋能新发展格局的内在机理可表现在三个层面:在单个资本层面,数字经济通过加快资本形态转换提升循环连续性,通过降低流通费用、缩短时间耗费、革新固定资本补偿方式提高资本周转效率;在社会总资本层面,数字经济通过推动总资本价值补偿与实物补偿,促进形成强大国内市场,提供高质量的产品与技术供给,并通过增强货币中介作用,为总资本循环提供强大的动力;在国际循环层面,数字经济加深世界市场联系,强化国际价值规律,重塑国际分工格局,助力国内国际双循环相互促进,推动"双循环"新发展格局的最终形成。

| Abstract: | The fifth plenary session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China explicitly proposed to establish a new development paradigm featuring dual circulation,in which domestic and overseas markets reinforce each other,with the domestic market as the mainstay.This new development paradigm is consistent with the internal logic of the circulation of the national economy as revealed in Das Kapital.Viewed from the perspective of Das Kapital,the inherent mechanism of how the digital economy empowers the new development paradigm is manifested in the following three aspects.At the level of individual capital,the digital economy promotes the circulation continuity by expediting the transformation of capital’s form,and improves the turnover efficiency by reducing the circulation cost,shortening the time consumption,and innovating the fixed capital compensation mode.At the level of total social capital,it facilitates the formation of a strong domestic market and provides high-quality product and technology supply by promoting the value compensation and physical compensation of total capital.It also provides a strong driving force for the circulation of total capital by enhancing the intermediary role of currency.At the level of international circulation,the digital economy can deepen the world market connection,strengthen the international law of value,reshape the pattern of the international division of labor,help domestic and overseas markets reinforce each other,and promote the final formation of the new development paradigm featuring"double circulation". |
