| 摘 要： | 科研院所的科研管理工作主要包括科技政策研究、资金项目渠道拓展、科研项目全过程管理和绩效评估等内容,我区现行的科研管理体制和内地某些先进省区的医药科研管理体制相比较,就显得较为落后。因此,改革现有藏医药科研管理体制势在必行。本文结合藏医药科研管理现状,概述了建立符合藏医药科研人员需要的科研管理体制的必要性、实现途径和建立体制过程中应注意的事项。
