| 摘 要： | 讨论了面向中小企业的融投资中介人际网络的构建,包括:模式的确立、成员的识别、联系的建立和网络的拓展。使人际网络成为融投资双方的一座桥梁,实现信息的完全对接,以降低由信息不对称带来的风险,提高融投资运营的可行性,从而解决中小企业融资难的问题。
