| 摘 要： | 电影《喜福会》向我们讲述了中国母亲与美国女儿之间沟通的障碍以及她们在东方信仰与西方价值观及传统文化与现代文明之间的争执。母亲与女儿的交流障碍不仅仅反映出两代人之间的隔阂,更反映出一种文化差异。本文从语言和文化的角度解读了电影《喜福会》中母亲与女儿之间的冲突。

| Abstract: | The Joy Luck Club tells us the communication barriers between American daughters and Chinese mothers,and their dispute in Eastern belief and Western values,traditional culture and modern civilization.The communication obstacles between them not only reflect the gap between two generations,but also reflect a cultural difference.From the perspective of language and culture,this paper gives an interpretation of the conflicts between mothers and daughters in The Joy Luck Club. |
