| 摘 要： | 在现实中,中国传媒与司法的冲突主要表现在传媒对司法的侵犯和司法对传媒的侵犯两个方面。要解决这些冲突,可以从三个方面入手:一、在强调新闻自由的同时,对传媒的新闻自由进行合理的规制;二、在传媒监督司法而引起的名誉权诉讼中,适用更为严格的认定标准;三、制定新闻法。

| Abstract: | In reality, the conflicts of China's media with judicature and vice versa. In order to cope with the conflicts, the three parts should be done as following: First, while enforcing the freedom of news in media, it ought to be reasonably regularized. second, in the charge of official management of the honorary might caused by media's supervision over judicature, the strict judgment standards ought to be suitably applied. Third, law of News ought to be made into aperation. |
