农村中小学教师的素质现状与对策探析

摘    要:农村中小学教师的素质问题在新形势下越发凸显,成为制约农村教育、农村建设发展的一个瓶颈。我国当前农村中小学教师素质的突出问题表现在:学历层次不高,结构不合理;学科结构不合理;教育教学水平和专业素质整体低下。继续教育是提高教师素质的关键因素,应该提高农村教师的工资待遇,保障继续教育经费供给,转变教师思想观念,改变继续教育的模式来提高农村教师继续教育的积极性。

Abstract:The quality problems of teachers in rural middle and primary schools are increasingly serious,which have become a bottleneck restricting rural education and countryside construction.The current qualities of teachers in rural elementary and secondary schools are featured by low academic qualification,inappropriate structures,low level in teaching and education,and overall low level in proessional quality.To solve these problems,this paper points out that continuation education is a critical factor to improve teachers' quality.Other measures such as enhancig higher wages and other benefits,guaranteeing the supply of continuation education budget,transforming the ideological concepts,changing the model of continuation education can strengthen their initiative in having continuation education.
