小概率原理视角下人力资源与企业竞争战略的匹配

摘    要:根据小概率原理,小概率事件在个别试验中被认为不可能发生,但迟早会发生。针对不同的竞争战略类型,要或防或用小概率事件的发生,从而完善人力资源与企业竞争战略之间的匹配,实现企业竞争战略的管理要求。

Abstract:According to the little probability principles,events of little chance are thought that it is impossible to occur in individual test,but they are to occur sooner or later.In accordance with different types of competition strategy,we should either make use of or prevent the occurrences of events of little chance in order to perfect the match between manpower resources management and competition strategy,and therefore the administration requirements of the strategies of enterprises competition will be realized.
