| 摘 要： | 我国经济社会的快速发展迫切需要高技能人才,然而现实是高职院校培养的高技能人才与劳动就业部门所要求的高技能人才之间存在较大差距,人才培养质量与市场需求仍有较大差距。为此,构建科学合理的人才培养质量保障体系一直是高职院校面临的重大课题。本文以市场需求为导向,从思想、物质、动力、制度、环境等五方面构建高职院校人才培养质量保障体系,力求培养质量与企业需求相适应、学生素质与员工素养相适应、办学条件与人才培养相适应、专业结构与产业结构相适应、培养目标与社会需求相适应、培养模式与培养目标相适应、课程体系与能力结构相适应、核心课程与关键技能相适应、课程标准与技术标准相适应、教学管理与工学结合相适应、教学环境与生产环境相适应、校园文化与企业文化相适应。

| Abstract: | A large number of high-skilled personnel are needed thanks to the rapid economic development of our country.However,there exists a great gap between the high-skilled personnel trained in Higher Vocational Institutes and the need of the labor market.Moreover,there is a huge discrepancy between the quality of the students and that at the job markets.To solve the problem,formulating scientifically rational system to guarantee the quality of personnel training is always a project to be dealt with at Higher Vocational Institutes.This article does it in five aspects: ideology,provisions,motivation,regulations and environment according to the needs of labor markets,striving to make the quality of the personnel up to meet the standards of the corporations,the students' abilities,the conditions at colleges,the structures of the specialties,curriculum-system conform to ability-structure,core courses match key skills,the criteria of courses in agreement with those of skills and techniques,teaching management go hand in hand with corporate-school approach,learning environment similar to that of production and lastly campus culture like corporate one. |
