| 摘 要： | 本文以伊利、蒙牛、光明这三家国内乳制品龙头企业向中国国家知识产权局递交的专利申请为分析样本,通过研究专利申请量随时间变化的情况、不同类型专利申请数量分布、各技术领域发明专利申请量,找出不同企业的共性及各自的特点,探讨企业在专利战略上的改进空间;并对未来乳品行业的发展提出建议。

| Abstract: | The patent applications of Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Company Limited Co.,Ltd,Inner Mongolia Meng Niu Dairy（Group） Co.,Ltd,Shanghai Bright Dairy Co.,Ltd to China’s State Intellectual Property Office（SIPO） are analyzed in this paper for temporal changes in the number of applications,the proportion of different patents,the amount of various technological areas. This paper research the features and currently existing problems with the different enterprises’ patent applications. Corresponding strategies and suggestion are given. |
